Updates from the Community Land Trust

Dudley Miller Park: Call for Tenants!

Dudley Neighbors Inc is seeking office and retail tenants for its newest land trust site, Dudley Miller Park located at 483 Dudley Street. The new 17,100 square foot building will be LEED certified to lessen our environmental impact. Residents envision this as a space for local businesses and community organizations, bringing greater economic opportunity to the neighborhood. Woodville Street

A new, two-family affordable home is being built on DSNI’s Community Land Trust at 33 Woodville Street and will mark the 228th homeownership unit on the Land Trust. One unit will be rental, and one will be homeownership. The project is in partnership with YouthBuild Boston. Construction is underway and set to be complete before the end of 2017. The property will be sold through a lottery process and announcements will be made once applications are being accepted. In the meantime, DSNI encourages anyone that might be interested in purchasing the home to complete the Homebuyers 101 course, which will be required of all applicants. Visit the City of Boston’s website for a list of course offerings.
