Dudley Neighbors, Inc. (DNI) has released the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Dudley Miller Park (483-487 Dudley Street). The RFP seeks qualified Proposers to develop this parcel to deliver a commercial building or mixed-use project. The RFP is available upon request. Last month marked the completion of four large murals painted on East Cottage and Norfolk Street in the Dudley Street Neighborhood. In collaboration with the MBTA and 5 local artists, this effort brings new vibrancy to the community and is a great example of the positive impact art can make in the public realm.

As the effects of COVID-19 continue to spread, they are affecting the most vulnerable populations, including immigrants and people of color, which make up a large percentage of The Dudley Village’s population. Mortality, unemployment, and poverty are all expected to get worse in our community with today’s circumstances.
