Want to be a homeowner in Roxbury?
We're excited to share that applications are open for three newly constructed affordable homeownership units on Dudley Neighbors Inc's (DNI) land trust! 8 Woodford Street, 21 Magnolia Street, and 23 Magnolia Street are preserved by DNI as permanently affordable properties. The application deadline to be included in the lottery is 6/13/23.

Dudley Neighbors Inc. is a community land trust (CLT) that protects over 30 acres of community-controlled land in Boston's Roxbury and North Dorchester neighborhoods. Our CLT is governed by a Board of Directors with the majority of seats held by residents of the community. At DNI, we carry out out the development mission of Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative, which emphasizes development without displacement. The homes on our land trust are affordable and will always continue to be affordable into the future

Application Information
To submit an electronic application, go to the Boston Home Center website. Electronic applications are available in a number of different languages, including Spanish and Cape Verdean Creole.
To submit a paper application, mail or drop off at 43 Hawkins Street, Boston, MA 02114 or 26 Central Avenue Hyde Park MA 02136.
